Oceana boasts a number of authentically themed rooms that take you on a journey around the World: First Port: Informal lounge surroundings create a fashionable yet classic feel where quality of service combined with sophistication, cool vibes and uplifting sounds. The comfortable leather seating, complimented by the stylish ebony and polished granite surroundings, ensure your evening will be a memorable one. Sydney Harbourside: Harbourside is bright, airy and spacious with an Australian theme. Light beach wood finished tables, comfy leather dining chairs and relaxed coffee chairs offer plenty of seating. Contemporary aboriginal artwork and feature lighting add to the ambience, whilst computer controlled halogen lamps create sharp clean lighting. Yucca wood wall features and tulipwood ceiling beams supply the room with a very fresh contemporary theme you can’t fail to have a g’day or g’night! Parisian Boudoir: An intimate, sumptuous and plush ambience is created in the Parisian Boudoir. Flock wallpaper and velvet drapes adorn the walls and central seating area. The seating is complemented with velvet cushions, Art Nouveau figurines and a marble topped chiffonier. Paintings of Ingres hang from the walls, whilst mahogany gives the room an expensive and distinguished look. Intimate booth seating and dimly lit Tiffany lamps all add to this wonderfully indulgent environment. Once you’ve experienced the Boudoir you will want to retour à plusieurs reprises! Aspen Ski Lodge: A fully recreated ski lodge with genuine imported American features and Canadian logs. The Aspen Ski Lodge features unique, hand-made chairs, covered with imitation animal hide and bearskins. A central fireplace dominates the area and provides a focal point for a room. Wall features include imitation moose heads, bear skins, skis and hunting paraphernalia. Antler shaped lighting and lanterns give you the feeling that you actually are in a real ski lodge. Wood and stone flooring compliment the soft wood, ash and oak. New York Disco: Act out your wildest fantasy and be Tony Manero in this authentically styled room based on the New York discothèques of the 1970’s. It’s a heady and atmospheric mix of original New York Disco memorabilia, smoke glass tables, black leather chairs, mirrors (mirror flex walls, specialist paint finishes, mirrored ceiling, mirror balls, Tivoli and neon infinity mirrors) and a killer flashing panel floor – the largest in Europe. Venetian Grand Ballroom: The magnificent ballroom has a 15ft foot high chandelier as it main focal point. The decadence of the baroque period is recreated with the mahogany dance floor, and bar constructed from granite and glass. The grandeur is complimented and enhanced by the state of the art sound and light technology to provide you with a unique experience. A feature within the ground floor of the Venetian Grand Ballroom is a hydraulic stage, ideal for large presentations. Our elevated balcony bar with its panorama of the lower level provides the perfect opportunity to relax and drink with colleagues.
