But it will also be the food that distinguishes us from the array of restaurants at Westfield as we will be serving British classics, along side the simple favourites of the pub aficionados….simple grilled fish, slow roasted cuts of meat, seasonal soups, sandwiches, pies, Sunday roasts, a curry, salads….go on take a look at the menu!
But then we’ve had to tie this all together in the modern environment of a shopping centre, where you will still get the warm “give me a cuddle feel” you get when you walk into a pub; the mix and match furniture that shows we love to search through markets;, the ability to be really relaxed or slightly formal; the toys and games to while away the hours with friends…game of billiards anyone?….room to perch at the bar; slightly more room to squeeze a pram next to your chair so you can rest your weary soul with a glass of vino; but most importantly be amongst kindred souls who think that quite frankly, at this particular moment, just nothing beast a pub!
