The Welcome Centre is situated in the city of Coventry and has excellent transport links.  This contemporary, purpose built conference centre has a large auditorium with a capacity of 650 theatre style and 500 cabaret style and can lend itself to different types of events.

The auditorium is complemented by 6 smaller meeting and conference rooms with capacities ranging from 15 to 200.

The Welcome Centre is ideally situated in the centre of Coventry and is a 10 minute walk from the station.  It has excellent sustainability credentials  – rain is harvested to reduce external water usage, they use Fairtrade coffee and use local suppliers whenever possible and they give back to the community by offering apprenticeship training and voluntary opportunities.
