Level 39 is a leading event venue situated on the 39th floor of Canary Wharf’s iconic One Canada Square.

With its own built in audio visual package that can accommodate a wide range of requirements and a catering partnership with Lusso, Level 39 can facilitate your every event planning need.

The area is flexible with un-interrupted views, and can be turned into any set-up, whether it be conference, banquet or reception style. The maximum capacity for a seated event is 220 and for a standing event, the maximum is 250.

It also offers a separate refreshment breakout area within the Technology Tunnel.

Our sandboxes are our most flexible spaces. Not only are they ready with a powerful wifi connection, but they can be arranged in a range of seating configurations. They are designed with skunkworks, hackathons and collaborative corporate working in mind – but they are also great venues for large off-site meetings and away-days.

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun.

Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. The handover to the venue was done promptly and we are in full swing of event organisation.
