Lea Marston Hotel enjoys a prime location north of Birmingham, conveniently positioned a mere one and a half miles from the M42 (Junction 9). If you’re arriving by train, the closest station is Coleshill Parkway Rail Station, a mere 3 miles away. Alternatively, Birmingham International Rail Station is just 8 miles from the hotel.

We have conference spaces available for up to 120 seated theatre style in addition to our specialised meeting area comprising five distinct contemporary meeting rooms. Each room is bathed in natural daylight, equipped with air conditioning, and grants access to a convenient breakout area for relaxation and refreshments throughout the day.

  • The Drayton Suite boasts a capacity of up to 18 individuals in a boardroom or U-shaped layout.
  • With a boardroom setup, the Curdworth Suite can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 participants.
  • Enjoy breathtaking views over the golf course from the Wishaw Suite, which can host up to 12 delegates.
  • The Marston Suite, accommodating up to 8 delegates, offers picturesque vistas of the golf course, perfect for productive discussions away from the office.
  • For a small gathering, the Shustoke Suite accommodates up to 8 delegates and features a round table setup with captivating views of the golf course.

Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in one of our 119 bedrooms with a mixture of Standard, Executive, Superior and Suites.

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun.

Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. The handover to the venue was done promptly and we are in full swing of event organisation.
