The spacious venues at Nobu Hotel Shoreditch are well-suited for business and corporate meetings of all sizes. Flexible rooms with natural light welcome meetings and receptions. Whether it is a large conference, or more of an intimate business meeting, Nobu Hotel Shoreditch provides all the equipment for your needs. Located on the ground floor, the adaptable Kaijo event space boasts an abundance of natural daylight with private access via the hotel’s restaurant entrance. The versatility of Kaijo allows this room to be used as one large space accommodating 200 people for a cocktail reception or to be divided into six separate spaces for more intimate events.

For celebratory meals or business lunches, Nobu Hotel Shoreditch also offers two semi-private dining spaces in the Nobu restaurant and the newest penthouse event space up to 60 guests with private rooftop terrace overlooking the city of London.

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun.

Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. The handover to the venue was done promptly and we are in full swing of event organisation.
