Complete with the latest audio-visual technology, the Press & Type Room ensures your event is seamlessly equipped.

Downstairs at One Aldwych Room-

Descending into Downstairs at One Aldwych, our largest events space boasts a private entrance, where guests can make a stylish entrance down the grand copper staircase. A private, fully-stocked bar with a carefully curated wine list awaits, leading to a spacious, open-plan area ideal for standing receptions of up to 120 guests or 60 seated guests for lunch or dinner. This flexible space serves as your exclusive canvas, customisable to suit the unique requirements of your event.

The Screening Room-

For private business screenings or video-led presentations, the Screening Room offers a cosy setting with 30 seats. The events team is at your service, providing refreshments during your session, and can arrange formal lunches or dinners in a private dining room before or after your time in the screening room.

The Library Room-

Step into the Library for an elegant home-away-from-home solution for cocktail gatherings. Located on the ground floor, this stylish space accommodates up to 35 guests for drinks receptions. Boasting ample room to mingle, comfortable sofas for relaxation, and floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light and views of London’s vibrant streets, the Library is the epitome of sophistication for your social affairs.

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun.

Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. The handover to the venue was done promptly and we are in full swing of event organisation.
